What\u2019s more, it has become <a href=\"https:\/\/mention.com\/en\/blog\/sales-on-social-media\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a powerful sales tool<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At the very least, your business<br \/>\nneeds to be there to answer customers and stay connected<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This is, of course, easier said than<br \/>\ndone as your target audience is likely active on a LOT of different social<br \/>\nsites, may it be Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest or even world-famous<br \/>\nsites such as Reddit.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, you don\u2019t have the<br \/>\nmanpower to know what they may say about your brand and industry on all of them<br \/>\nat once. At least, not without a little help.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why we have <a href=\"https:\/\/mention.com\/en?page_id=22972\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">social listening tools<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All brands can benefit somehow from<br \/>\nsocial listening.<\/p>\n<p>We know something about this. <strong>We\u2019re<br \/>\n\u201c<em>Mention<\/em>\u201d<\/strong>.
